GuadeloupeBasseTerre, Cyber Nous Deux, tel. 81.74.44, cybern2@wanadoo.fr. A very good shop, located above BasseTerre, near the hypermarche CORA, in the area for smaller shops. Take Boulevard Gv. Gen. Felix Eboue, Rue Victor Hugues, Av. de St Claude, straight on at the roundabout (and the Indians !), and the next to the right is CORA. Cross the parking lot and in the right-end corner of the shopping area you'll find them. They charge FRF 50/hour. 

Point a Pitre In the shopping area next to Port de Plaisance, FRF 0.90/min

The Saints, very easy to find, opposite the dock in Bourg de Saintes you'll see a large sign with "CHANGE - INTERNET'. FRF 20/10 min

Dominica You wouldn't expect it here but the Cable and Wireless office in the main street along the water in Portmouth offers Internet for EC 10/hour 
MartiniqueFort de France, rue Blenac, 30 meters from the post office at Rue de la Liberte, Cybercafe, FRF 100/hour 

Grande Anse d'Arlet, Tursiops. 169 Grande Anse. tursiops.caraibes@wanadoo.fr http://www.perso.wanadoo.fr/tursiops.caribes Tel. (0)596 68 74 22. Coming from the jetty, turn left, at the end of the 'boulevard' you'll find Tursiops, an art, fax, telephone shop with 1 Internet computer which can be used between 15.00 and 18.00h. FRF 40/30 min.

Anse Mitan, Cybercafe in the harbour. FRF 30/15 min.

St LuciaRodney Bay, CTL (car rental) in the harbour building has 2 computers for Internet access. They charge EC 20/hour.

Rodney Bay lagoon, Snooty Agouti, http://www.snooty.com. EC 40/hour but nice atmosphere.

St Vincent and the GrenadinesBequia, Port Elizabeth, Icon, turn uphill at the New York cafe, at the left after 200 meters in the shack. EC 20/hour. http://www.kueg.com. icon@caribsurf.com. Open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Sunday 8am-1pm. VHF 78/16/68. Tel. (784) 457.3282. Best shop in town.

Bequia, Port Elizabeth, The Gingerbread. Very expensive.

Union Island, Clifton, travel agency Eagle Travel. Make sure you set a price before you start because they aren't used to Internet access, only direct email dial-up. Buffalo is another place but I haven't been there.

GrenadaCarriacou, Tyrell Bay, The Studio. Because the owner doesn't know how to handle virusses, they do not allow use of floppies so it's not very useful.

Carriacou, Hillsborough, John's Print shop. The best in the Caribbean! From the dock turn right in main street, next to Barclays Bank. They charge 10 EC/hour

Grenada, St. George, Galaxy Internet cafe. Just ask a taxi to drive you down there. Price unknown.

 BonaireKralendijk: There is an Internet cafe named " Cafe de Tuin " (free translation: Garden Cafe) situated downtown Kralendijk

The local ISP, Bonaire Live, also has a Internet Access center especially aimed at tourists and visitors who need to Access the Internet.
